I will be at least 18 years old by February 15, 2027. I am available for the entire trip, February 15-22, 2027. I currently have a valid passport or will obtain one in time to meet all travel requirements. I am not aware of any circumstances that would prevent me from traveling internationally during the trip dates. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve my place on the trip.

Cost & Payment Information

The participant cost is $1,950.

Payment Understanding & Agreement

If my application is approved, I understand that a $250 non-refundable deposit will be due within 21 days. The remaining balance will normally be paid in five monthly installments of $340. I understand that applicants approved later in the process will receive an adjusted payment schedule with larger installments as needed. All trip costs must be paid in full by January 15, 2027. I understand that payments beyond the deposit are refundable only to the extent that they have not already been committed or spent on my behalf. Beginning December 1, 2026, all payments are non-refundable. I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the trip cost, payment schedule, and refund policy.

What Will Be Expected of Me?

This is primarily a mission and service trip, not a vacation. There will be time for fellowship and sightseeing, but our main purpose is to serve, work, and help build a church.

If accepted, I agree that I will:

Follow the direction of the trip leaders and missionary. Participate in assigned work and team activities. Be willing to work wherever I am needed. Maintain a cooperative, flexible, and Christlike attitude. Represent my pastor, local church, and Illinois Men’s Ministries well.

What Happens After Approval?

I understand and agree to the following.

If my application is approved, I understand that I must complete a more detailed participant information form and submit my $250 non-refundable deposit within 21 days. I must complete the second form, which will collect additional information needed for travel, medical preparation, emergency contacts, waivers, and other trip details. I understand that my place on the trip will not be secured until both my completed participant information form and deposit have been received. Because space is limited, I understand that failure to complete both requirements within 21 days may result in my place being offered to another applicant.
